Service Description

1hr session where you are provided a reader for your self tape. Filming and editing NOT INCLUDED. Every new side after the first is an additional $5. After the first hour an additional $5 will be charged every 10 minute increment. Our reader can be virtual or in-person. Readers: Myesha-Tiara, a SAGe & EMC Actress, Director and Artistic Director of Perceptions Theatre. She is a Northwestern State University Graduate who holds a Bachelors in Theatre with a concentration in Performance and Directing. She has been featured in the film Oscar winning film "12 Years a Slave", the webseries Broke AF as Janet, has toured as an actress for two years, and has directed in Chicago at various store fronts/equity houses and is currently working in the industry. She is represented by Shirley Hamilton. (myesha-tiara.com) LESLIE ANN SHEPPARD, filmmaker, musician, teaching artist, and producer, is committed to creating art full of joy and hard truths. She is best known as a Chicago-based, international actor, last seen on Chicago Fire, in SHEEPDOG by Kevin Artigue at Shattered Globe Theatre (Jeff Award/BTAA nominations), and MR BURNS, A POST-ELECTRIC PLAY at Theater Wit (BWW Chicago/Chicago Reader Best of 2021 nominated). Local credits: Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Northlight Theatre, First Folio Theatre, Theater Wit, Victory Gardens, Chicago Children’s Theatre, and TimeLine Theatre Company. Regional/international credits: Illinois Shakespeare Festival, TheatreSquared, Classical Kids Live! (Kennedy Center, Singapore Symphony Orchestra), the Hypocrites (Pasadena Playhouse, Olney Theatre Center). TV credits: Mob Doctor. She served as Artistic Director for the Suitcase Shakespeare Company, holds a B.A. degree in acting from Illinois State University and founder of Padded Corner Studios. She’s also a poet, playwright and screenwriter and creator and star of Sister Series, BLACKWELL, WISH/S; OR WHAT I SHOULD HAVE SAID, and SUBORDINATE.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class or service there must be a 24 hour advance notice the day before, if you cancel after the 24 hour grace period half of your payment will be kept and will be forfeited. Email any questions or concerns to perceptionstheatre@gmail.com
